Is there really no setup fee?+
On retainers, no. We absorb the build cost into the first three months, which is why we ask for a 3-month minimum on Growth and Scale. On one-time builds, the price you see is the price.
Can I switch tiers later?+
Yes, in either direction. Most clients start on Growth and either step up to Scale as momentum builds, or step down to Starter once they're happy with where they sit.
What if my needs grow mid-month?+
We bill on the first. Mid-month upgrades start the following cycle. You'll never get a surprise charge.
Do you do equity, revenue share, or performance-only?+
No. We've tried all three. They create misaligned incentives that end in awkward emails. Flat retainer, clean reporting, you decide every month whether we're earning our keep.
What's not included?+
Paid ads, brand identity work, custom software development, email and SMS marketing. We'll cheerfully refer specialists for any of those.
